Healing Sessions
By arranging healing sessions with me, you confirm that you understand the following:
remote Healing is a complementary therapy and does not in any way shape or means replace medical advice, medical intervention or/and medical treatment whatsoever.
if you suspect you may have a medical condition, injury or illness, you should seek help from a qualified medical practitioner.
there is a calibration process after a remote Healing Session and you should care for yourself gently.
the way that energy healing methods interact with your energy is individual and personal to you.
Storing and using your information
We currently collect and process the following information: contact information, relevant sensitive data such as contact information, payment method and medical information, signed consent and consultation forms and session notes.
We use the information that you have given us in order to: send you relevant news and updates, provide you with the service you have requested and to comply with the terms of our insurance.
We keep and securely store relevant information such as: contact records, including relevant sensitive information such as medical information, signed consent, signed consultation form and session notes.
We will never share your information with third parties unless we have reason to believe you may be at risk of harm in which case we may share your information with statutory authorities.
Payment information is stored securely in our payment processor (currently PayPal or by bank transfer) and is not retained beyond the need to process a payment, including issuing any refund to you.

Payment
Remote healing sessions will be undertaken at the date and time arranged, unless you give notice before the appointment time to rearrange or cancel. Please try to give at least 24 hours notice of any change to your booking.
All sessions must be paid in full, before sessions are booked. An invoice will be issued as soon as a session’s date and a time are agreed.
You can pay by PayPal by linking your Visa, American Express or Mastercard and, in certain circumstances, I can accept a bank transfer.
Cancellations and refunds
In rare circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel sessions with no notice however we will seek to rearrange the appointment as soon as possible.
We cannot accept liability for an inability to provide a remote healing session affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
48 hours minimum is required before a session is cancelled for a client to receive a refund. If the notice is less than this for a cancellation, the money is non-refundable.
